Members of the National Association of Press Agencies are among the most prolific freelance journalists and photographers in the United Kingdom.
Set up in 1982 the Association draws its membership from the premier agencies providing news and picture coverage of every town and city in the UK.
NAPA itself is a self-help body, administered on a largely voluntary basis by members of the Association. Its main objectives are to further the interests of its members and maintain professional standards of conduct.
The UK is unlike many other countries in having this long-established network of agencies serving the media in a highly organised and professional manner.
Most our agencies cover a geographic area or specialist field of interest. If you want coverage in a particular location, or if you have a story to offer, you will find the appropriate agencies listed on our directory.
The NAPA Secretariat and Treasurer can be contacted on the following numbers; 0870 609 1935, or via email: Click here for contact us by email.
