Knock Out Evidence
A 43-year-old bar owner accused of slipping a date rape drug into a 19-year-old girl's drink before raping her has appeared in court in a test case trial in Salzburg, Austria.
Huseyin Yalcin denies any wrong doing and claims the student consented to sex.
Forensic tests found traces of the drug in the girl's blood the next day after she reported the attack to police.
Prosecutor Barbara Feichtinger said: "This is the first time that use of the date rape drug has come to court here because it is only possible to prove if a person had taken it within 12 hours of swallowing it."
