NAPA online Contacts Book goes live

The new NAPA CONTACTS BOOK web site is now live and ready for use by all members at the web address http://newscontacts.info

This powerful resource reprsents to result of considerable investment by the Association and a lot of hard work, particularly on the part of NAPA Vice Chairman Mike Leidig

NAPA CONTACTS puts an extensive new tool at the fingertips of members and allows them to access and share contact information and to rate customers for efficiency, approachability and buying-power.

It already carries hundreds of entries, including phone numbers, e-mail and FTP addresses, for desks and executives in the UK and Ireland.

The system allows members to target individuals direct from the live database and to update that information and to suggest new entries.

It is a service that is simply not available elsewhere and already there are plans to expand various features to deliver even more value for members.

Currently only NAPA members have access to the site but there are also plans to offer access to customers in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world, so that clients can contact members directly through the same web site.

Details of every NAPA agency is already on the site but all members may check and update their details on NAPA CONTACTS through their own log-in.

NAPA treasurer Chris Johnson said:" A sincere vote of thanks is due to Mike Leidig, of Central European News, for all the hard work, inspiration and perspiration, he has invested in this project.

"This really is the most ambitious project anyone in NAPA has ever undertaken and he has pulled it off!

"Mike deserves not only a huge slap on the back, but also to be stood drinks all night at the next Conference."
